I came to Blaire with a very specific goal in mind with my physical training, and she has been incredible at curating workout plans to accommodate my personal end result. She is always so encouraging, bubbly, and super flexible with my busy schedule, always making my workout when works for me and always worth my time. Working out with Blaire doesn’t even feel like a trainer, but more like working out with a friend- conversation is always a nice distraction from the legitimate work she puts you through (what she knows your strong enough for). Blaire has so much direction and ideas, and is always helpful explaining which muscle each exercise targets, as well as why certain types of weights, why at an incline vs not, etc. Overall, I am loving my training experience with Blaire and am so excited to get stronger like her!
I have been working with Blaire since December '23 and the absolute best thing about this experience has been her accountability and encouragement. When you work with Blaire she's going to push you outside your comfort zone while also allowing room for you to go at your own pace. Since being with Blaire I've lost weight and inches, but I've mainly lost my previous mindset. She helps coach behavior change and encourages different ways to solve your specific problems! The workouts are somehow perfect for my abilities, the nutrition plan is catered exactly to my busy-solo-parenting household, and she truly supports you in every step. Blaire is not just a trainer. She's a friend, a true hype girl, mini-counselor, problem solver, and absolutely dedicated to her clients. l've been so blessed to be on her team.
I have been working with Blaire since December 2023. I had little to no experience in the gym, zero experience lifting weights, and no clue where to start with my nutrition. I reached a point where I knew I wanted to make a change, and Blaire was so approachable, kind, and reassuring that she could help me meet my goals when I first met her.
She set up my macros and started me on a meal plan while teaching me how to lift weights through her programming she tailors to each specific client. Blaire guided me through the process of changing my lifestyle, and her support made something so difficult incredibly easy.
For over 10 years, I suffered from chronic lower back pain, but since working with Blaire, I’ve experienced a significant reduction in my pain. I tried numerous treatments with no success, but Blaire’s tailored training plans have been the only thing that has caused a noticeable difference in my pain levels. She has consistently made adjustments to ensure I don’t experience pain during my workouts.
Blaire is patient, encouraging, kind, respectful, and supportive. She has taught me how to be confident in the gym environment, and I have become so much more confident in my own skin through using her training and meal plan regimen. I’ve gained a friend in Blaire through this journey and choosing to work with her has been one of the best decisions I have made. Blaire is exactly who you want in your corner. I’m incredibly busy with a demanding job, and the last thing I need is another set of decisions to make - but, I want to focus on making progress in the gym and with my health goals. This is where Blaire steps in. Blaire puts together workouts that work for you - whether you’re working out from home, in the gym, or traveling, she’s open to feedback and will customize things you don’t feel comfortable with (while pushing you to step outside of your comfort zone at the same time).
She’s also great to chat with and will give you a boost or pep talk when you need it - because she’s been there and gets it. Warning: you may (read: will) gain a friend from working with her!
I’ve been working with Blaire for awhile now, and I don’t see the need to stop (although I have also learned a lot on my own along the way and could probably get by) - she wants this for all her clients, but I’m staying because sometimes it’s needed to have someone else push you, and hold you accountable. Blaire does this in a way that works best for you too!
Blaire’s been there for a lot of seasons of my life, and has made prioritizing myself a lot easier. You won’t regret the decision to work with her!
